Thing 1:

There's no mechanism that informs me when someone has made a comment on a post, so if I don't seem to get around to in a timely fashion, that's why. I do appreciate comments, however, so don't hesitate!

Thing 2:

Deciphering katakana can always be a little tricky- in the last post I thought a lantern belonged to J-media karu (meaning of karu unknown). It's actually "J-medical" (jeimedeikaru).
